Through Crossroads, your Tokaido games are now the scene of tough choices. Each station between the relays will now offer you a new possibility. Confront these choices and choose your path wisely…
Crossroads is the first expansion of the Tokaido board game, and cannot be played without the base game. It is compatible with newer versions of Tokaido.
At the start of the game, add the new travelers to the old ones, and form face-down decks using:
- legendary item cards
- Bath Establishment cards
- Amulet cards
- Calligraphy cards
- Cherry trees cards
- Fortune's dice
