A Balancing Act of Skill and Strategy
Welcome to Nekojima, the "Island of Cats" in Japan, where players are tasked with building an intricate electrical network to power the island's lively districts. However, this isn’t your average installation project—narrow spaces and curious cats wandering along the wires add a challenging twist to the task.
In this wooden game of dexterity and concentration, players take turns carefully placing or stacking denchuu (electric poles) to create a stable power grid. But there's a catch: no cables can touch, and balance is key! One wrong move could cause the entire structure to collapse.
In competitive mode, the player who causes the structure to fall loses, while in cooperative mode, the goal is to work together to build the most stable network possible, aiming to go as far as you can without toppling the delicate setup. With elements of skill, reflection, and a bit of luck, Nekojima provides hours of fun for those seeking a challenge in balance and precision.
