Product Returns: We’re Here To Help
Shop with confidence at Presents Of Mind. If you are not satisfied with your product(s) then send them back to us within 30 days for a refund – based on the conditions below. Easy! At Christmas time our present to customers is that the refund period starts from Christmas day.
You will have noticed we provide plenty of information in each product listing, but please contact us before making a purchase if you have any product related queries. We’re here to help our customers, and we know our products.
To receive a refund, you will need to return the item in a re-saleable condition, undamaged and in its original unopened packaging. If any seals, packaging or anything else is broken or removed it cannot be returned. To be sure contact us before you return the product. If the item does not meet re-saleable conditions then it will be returned to you at your expense.
We do not refund our shipping and handling costs and you will be responsible for return postage costs.
Goods damaged on arrival or Defective
We pack every shipment well in thick cartons to prevent damage en-route to you.
In the rare event you receive a damaged product or it is defective, unsafe or differs from the product description, then contact us within 30 days by phone/email so we can determine the easiest way to proceed. We may send you a replacement/component or issue a refund. You must keep all packaging and we may ask you to take the item to a post office to mail it back to us (at our expense). Do not send the item to us until we have instructed you to do so.
Some items will come with a manufacturer’s warranty as indicated in the documentation provided with the relevant goods. Should you wish to make any claim under a manufacturer’s warranty, you can do so directly with the relevant manufacturer.
