Collecting
All of our products are available in our physical stores, so if you would rather collect them yourself instead of wait for shipping, which is pretty quick, you have that option. Make this choice at the Checkout page under Shipping by simply selecting Collect from storename instead of our Flat Rate Shipping. Easy and FREE!
Once we have gathered up the items of your order, we will contact you by phone to confirm that it is ready for collection. As we may need to transfer stock between stores to fill your order, please do not come to the store until we have contacted you.
For sales > $100, collection requires the person to show official Photo ID e.g. Driver’s License, that matches the buyer’s identity. If someone else is picking up the sale then their details need to be provided in the notes at checkout.
Shipping Within Australia
UBER Delivery is now available to our Brisbane customers. Fast and Convenient. Simply select at Checkout and when we have your order we will phone with a quote for the delivery. You can then pay the UBER Delivery quote or choose another shipping or collecting option. UBER Package Delivery fees vary based on the distance from Paddington and start from $9.95. Note that you must be at the delivery location to receive the UBER Parcel Delivery.
Express Post is charged based on the order size and delivery location. Once your order has been submitted, we will contact you with a Express Post price quote for your consideration. Details of this service are available at Australia Post Express Post.
FREE Shipping is available for orders over $99 to most of the Brisbane area and beyond. This covers a large area reaching to Ipswich, Yatala & Caboolture, based on our shipping providers coverage. The specific post codes included are: 4000…4024, 4026…4069, 4071…4123, 4125…4179, 4205, 4207, 4300, 4301, 4303…4305, 4500…4510, 9000…9015, 9464 and 9600. If you do not qualify for FREE Shipping then we still offer FREE Click&Collect and a great Flat Rate Shipping option.
Flat Rate Shipping $9.95 is available for all deliveries within Australia with the exception of a few products that are very large/heavy.

For all shipping methods, orders usually leave our premises within 1-2 working days. Shipment Tracking details are emailed and customers can use this to monitor shipments, change details and lodge enquiries if there are delays. Our couriers do their best to deliver orders promptly but hiccups can happen and as a result we can make no guarantees on shipping timeframes.
If you have a specific date it must be there by then contact us beforehand and we will see what we can do. Please allow as much time as you can at Christmas because it gets really busy in the festive season.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is valid and that someone is present at time of delivery. It is for this reason that we recommend delivery to a business address if possible. Alternatively if you are not home, the parcel will be delivered to your local post office or an agent, with instructions on how to collect your parcel.
Shipping Outside Australia
Overseas deliveries can be arranged by contacting a Presents of Mind store directly, using the Contact form on this website or you can simply create the order online with International Shipping selected. No need to pay anything at the time of placing the order.
Once we know the details of your order, we match them up against several international shipping courier services and then notify you of the best option. No need to pay until we have provided you with an International Shipping Quote and then its up to you to decide if you wish to proceed with payment or not. We know overseas shipping can be costly, so that’s why we put in this extra effort to make things easier for you.
Any Customs Fees, Taxes and others charges if applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the shipment recipient. These types of charges if applicable and the free thresholds vary from country to country and it is not possible for Presents of Mind to provide any advice on them. Do your own research before placing an order.
